Donation Disclaimer
Dribble Dreams Foundation is a registered not-for-profit organization in Ontario.
We are not a registered charity and therefore cannot issue charitable tax receipts. All donors will receive an email confirmation/receipt for their records at the time of donation.
Your support directly funds our community basketball programming here and abroad.
Privacy Policy
At Dribble Dreams Foundation, we respect and protect your privacy.
Information We Collect
When you donate, we collect your name, email address, payment information, and (optionally) phone number and mailing address.
We may also collect your consent for email updates if you opt in.
How We Use Information
To process and confirm donations securely via our payment processor (Stripe).
To issue donation receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
To send thank-you messages and updates (only if you have opted in).
Data Protection
All payments are encrypted and securely processed by Stripe.
We do not store your credit card information.
Donor records are kept confidential and used only for organizational purposes.
Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Limited information may be shared with service providers (such as Stripe) to process payments.

Refund Policy
We recognize that mistakes may happen. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 14 days of the original date and prior to 7 days of registered programming.
To request a refund, please email admin@dribbledreams.ca with your name, donation date, and amount. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible.
Please note:
Refunds cannot be issued after funds have been allocated to program costs.
Monthly donors may cancel or adjust their donations at any time through our donor portal or by contacting us directly.
